A new-build apartment finished with urban luxury rather than an expected coastal look.

Beginning with a completed new-build apartment, the brief was to create a fully resolved home with a sense of urban luxury, deliberately moving away from an expected coastal aesthetic.

Organic forms, layered textures and a restrained material palette bring warmth and depth to the interior, allowing the ocean outlook to remain the backdrop rather than becoming the theme.

Earthborne By Design carried the project through furniture, furnishings, artwork, window treatments, decor and styling to complete installation.

The result is a sophisticated yet relaxed home, entirely ready for its owners to arrive, settle in and enjoy.
